Fran Jakubowicz is the CEO of SunHouse Marketing and a fractional Chief Marketing Officer (CMO) with over two decades of experience helping organizations build scalable, revenue-focused marketing systems. She works directly with leadership teams to improve pipeline visibility, strengthen coordination between marketing and sales, and drive measurable growth across the full customer lifecycle.
A specialist in digital lead generation and performance marketing, Fran has led initiatives that have generated hundreds of thousands of qualified leads and millions of dollars in attributable revenue. Her work spans industries including healthcare, pharmaceutical, finance, legal, education, nonprofit, and eCommerce, where she focuses on connecting marketing strategy to real business outcomes rather than isolated channel performance.
As a fractional CMO, Fran is often engaged at inflection points, when companies are scaling, restructuring, or seeking greater clarity into what is driving pipeline and revenue. Her approach combines structured commercial diagnostics, operational design, and execution oversight, ensuring that marketing functions as an integrated system rather than a collection of disconnected activities.
Fran began her career in communications at her family’s public relations firm, DCI (Dworkin Communications Inc.), before transitioning into digital marketing as the industry evolved. This foundation in traditional PR, combined with deep expertise in modern digital channels, allows her to approach marketing from both a strategic and operational perspective. She continues to invest heavily in training, tools, and emerging technologies, including generative AI and advanced analytics, to ensure her clients benefit from current best practices and data-driven decision-making.
